Plants arrived in good condition and look healthy. Was able to track the delivery truck prior to the arrival time.

Thank you, Jeffrey! Healthy plants in good condition, plus a live truck tracker so you know exactly when they'll arrive, is just how it should go. Enjoy the trees and shrubs!

Skip this vendor. I thought this was a reputable company that had quality first. First, massive bugs in plants that could have impacted my entire garden. Second getting a replacement plant, pick up, shipping, etc. I will not purchase from them again. They don't appear to have their business practice in line on any front

There was an issue with my order where in one of their systems my order was cancelled, but when I reached out about my order status they quickly corrected it and the plants were shipped very fast. The plants arrived very healthy and beautiful!
Response from Plants ExpressJun 1, 2026
Thank you, Seth, and our apologies for that order hiccup! We're glad our team caught it quickly and got your plants shipped fast, and that they arrived healthy and beautiful. We appreciate your patience and your business!

The plant quality was extremely poor .I will probably just have to probably throw them away...No blooms and very anemic plants ..Very disappointing and unacceptable . You can come take the plant material back, as I am going to dispute the charge with American Express John Potter
