This is our 2nd order from Plants Express. The first order went well. Unfortunately, this order didn't. We did not get the 25 gallon Satsuma Mandarin tree we ordered. They delivered us the wrong fruit tree and now we have an anonymous 25 gallon fruit tree instead?! We reached out and spoke with Manny to let him know we wanted to get the situation corrected, and what we actually ordered delivered. He apologized, and set a re-delivery date to bring the right fruit tree. They canceled less than 24 hours before delivery and told me it would be 30 days or more before they would have a truck the proper size to deliver the correct fruit tree. We ended up with a refund and a waste of time.

The trees didn’t look super healthy (yellow leaves, curled edges, spots). Won’t buy here again.

The plant quality was extremely poor .I will probably just have to probably throw them away...No blooms and very anemic plants ..Very disappointing and unacceptable . You can come take the plant material back, as I am going to dispute the charge with American Express John Potter

I reached out to plant express within their 24-hour window for returns. The plant I ordered arrived stressed, brown tips a fronds including all of the new growth. It’s either been under watered or over watered. No response. After one week I did receive a response, sent photos, sense a hesitance on their part to replace the plant. Poor quality, poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money, find a reputable firm if your plant shopping online.
