Ordered a Mexican Grass Tree. It came shipped from California to Florida in a substantial box, well packed. However when it arrived the box was cut in half and taped together, presumably because of an unreadable label per Fedex which caused a slight delay, however the plant was well protected. No matter, I will definitely be ordering from Plants Express in the future.

Plants were very well packed and protected and in good shape. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that when I ordered more of the same plants, the second batch wasn't as mature as the first batch.

5 gallons is a pretty big plant with Double Delight Rose Bushes. And do not be surprised if they have a little bit of black spot and powdery mildew upon arrival. As they are prone to these conditions and shipping is stressful on them. But they are otherwise healthy and any powdery mildew or black spot is usually treatable.

Ordering and delivery were easy. One of the plants was as expected, one was smaller than expected. Customer service responded promptly to my concern and offered a couple ways to handle the situation.

Thank you for the honest review, I.S. Easy ordering and delivery is the goal, and we're glad our team jumped on the plant that came in smaller than expected and gave you options. If it doesn't fill in as it should within your 30-day guarantee window, just reach out. We appreciate you!

The grass plants were very small in the pot and don't seem to match the price. Otherwise, the plants were good.

Thank you for the honest feedback, C.Lago. We hear you on the grasses feeling small for the price; that's useful for us to know and we'll take a look. Glad the rest arrived in good shape, and if those grasses don't fill in as they should within your 30-day guarantee window, please reach out.

Delivery was awesome and 4 of the 5 rose plants were fine and seem to be thriving now after planting. The fifth , however, was pretty sad looking out of the box and is struggling—it may survive, might not. I guess 4 out of 5 isn’t bad, but a little disappointing.

Thank you for the honest review. We're glad four of your five roses are thriving, but that fifth one shouldn't have arrived looking sad, and we'd like to make it right. Every plant is backed by our 30-day guarantee, so please reach out and we'll take care of it. 🌹
