This is my 3rd order with Plants Express and every time has been a great experience. Good prices, nice tracking and delivery drivers have been friendly and helpful. Plants came in great condition!

Three orders and counting, thank you, JR! Our delivery drivers will love the shout-out. Good plants, fair prices, and a smooth delivery every time is exactly what we want for our repeat customers. See you on order #4!

This is our 2nd order from Plants Express. The first order went well. Unfortunately, this order didn't. We did not get the 25 gallon Satsuma Mandarin tree we ordered. They delivered us the wrong fruit tree and now we have an anonymous 25 gallon fruit tree instead?! We reached out and spoke with Manny to let him know we wanted to get the situation corrected, and what we actually ordered delivered. He apologized, and set a re-delivery date to bring the right fruit tree. They canceled less than 24 hours before delivery and told me it would be 30 days or more before they would have a truck the proper size to deliver the correct fruit tree. We ended up with a refund and a waste of time.

The 3 staked vines (1 red trumpet and 2 pink jasmine) were beautiful, healthy, and full. Our yard looked more lovely immediately after planting them with trellises. I would definitely buy from Plants Express again.

Mara, that red trumpet vine with two pink jasmines sounds like a gorgeous combination, and on trellises, they'll only get better with time. Thank you for the kind words; we'd love to help with your next addition.

Marty N.
The plant was as expected, the delivery, including the tracking of the truck, wonderful.
Response from Plants ExpressJun 1, 2026
Thank you, Marty! That live truck tracker is one of our favorite touches too, like watching for an Uber, but with plants at the end. Glad the plant and the delivery both delivered.
Holly C.
Great. Some plants were very small and they took them back.
Response from Plants ExpressJun 1, 2026
Thank you, Holly! If any plants don't meet our standard, taking them back is just the right thing to do, and we're glad our team handled it. We appreciate you, and we're here for the next round.
C.Lago
The grass plants were very small in the pot and don't seem to match the price. Otherwise, the plants were good.
Response from Plants ExpressJun 1, 2026
Thank you for the honest feedback, C.Lago. We hear you on the grasses feeling small for the price; that's useful for us to know and we'll take a look. Glad the rest arrived in good shape, and if those grasses don't fill in as they should within your 30-day guarantee window, please reach out.

I've had great success with Plants Express. I really try to support my local nurseries, but there have been times when they do not have what I need in stock. With Plants Express, I place the order, and healthy plants appear at my doorstep.
Response from Plants ExpressJun 1, 2026
Howard, we love that you support your local nurseries, and we're honored to be your backup when they're out of stock. 'Healthy plants appear at your doorstep' might be the best description of our job we've ever heard. Thank you!
