Great tree!!!

This was my first order. I was testing the waters before making a much larger 2nd order. I ordered 6 pittosporum tenuifolium "elfin" and 1 rosa floribunda. Instead they switched and sent me 6 pittosporum kohuhu and 1 dog rose bush. Not at all the same. Very disappointing. Will never order again, and will not recommend. Went locally and bought exact items.

Ordered a faux tree 3 weeks ago- NDD and still waiting. Terrible customer service When you call you get office reception who are not permitted to make outbound calls and call you back with update on where your order is. No responses or update for 3 weeks Won’t be using this company again and now about to try and get a refund.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. I SUSPECT THIS IS A SCAM AS AFTER 5 EMAILS AND AN ATTEMPTED PHONECALL I AM NO FURTHER FORWARD. PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT UPON PLACING THE ORDER AND I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT SINCE. I ADVISE AGAINST ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU FEEL GENEROUS AND WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY. PLANTSEXPRESS, IF IT EXISTS, SHOULD HANG ITS HEAD IN SHAME. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

A few days after ordering, I was contacted and told that one item is not available and was given an option to substitute another they had selected, which I did. The next day, I checked and my original choice was listed as available. Seems like a 'bait and switch'. The alternate tree is showing no signs of life, whereas other trees I received are thriving. Did they do this to dump one of their dead ones on me?? I'll look elsewhere to one of their many competitors for future purchases. I must say, though, that the delivery was timely and professional.

The service and delivery was great! But the 5 gallon plants were realistically 1 gallon plants in 5 gallon containers.
