Pixsy is not protecting my work from image theft, as it claims, as work licensed under creative commons is ignored by Pixsy. Pixsy follows up on image theft in a limited number of countries only. Latest cases show a significant downscale in license fee gathered (a third of what I sell images regularly).

useless. Pixsy will only ever do the bare minimum and hope someone just pays out of fear. In Australia they have zero legal standing even though they claim to have a local office, paste the Australian flag with a local phone number and an international network of IP lawyers etc. But when you actually push them to take legal action, they will then tell you they have zero jurisdiction and cant do anything in Australia., doesnt stop them from claiming all over their website and taking your monthly fee for "premium service" takes them forever to do anything, im talking 2 years, if you dont constantly email or call them, and then they will just close the case as its to hard.

I occasionally find my photos, via Pixsy, in unexpected places. No serious infringements but it gives me peace of mind knowing my images are protected.

Pixsy are awesome. They’ve found loads of infringements and got me paid for them.

Image scanning is good but case processing and recovery is TERRIBLE. I have cases that have been in "Preparing Case" status for more than 2 years.
