I purchased a grill and started to put it togethe pieces were missing for the assembly and one of the grates was chipped. I called and they warranted the parts. It has been a week and nothing has shipped yet. This is unacceptable. I purchased this grill to use not wait over a week for parts that have not shipped UNACCEPTABLE ! I will never purchase a product from them again.

I have had the pitboss 1100 series for about 2 years now.When it does want to work it works rather well.Here comes the BUT.It has gone thru 3 ignitors, 3 fuses and 2 control panels and is currently not running again.Their only answer as a company is to ship you parts and talk you through repairs on your own .I'm 63 with bad knees and I've spent at least 6-8 hours under this unit.They have NO other options.Noone in the area to work on it.no attempt at satisfying you with your money back.No offer to replace it.Nothing.Crawl under and fix it yourself or forget it. nice huh

Worse customer service and warranty parts fulfillment on the planet have purchased 6 pitboss grills in all it this will definitely be the last takes for ever for them to supply parts they left out of box no way to expedite replacement parts and then when you do get these parts months later they forget parts so you have to wait months to get new part

My pit boss smoker arrived as promised, great product, can't wait for some nice weather. The company phoned me to make sure all was OK which was nice.
