I have a Pit Boss Vertical Smoker V3..I got it new from Menards about 4 years ago. I spoke with customer support after I first got it to help me with assembly and initial start up. All the agents I spoke with were always helpful. Its been 4 years and the smoker has always been working fine. I probably use 4-5 times a year smoking ribs, brisket, salmon and turkey on Thanksgiving. I always clean the fire pot after every smoke by using a leaf blower. And I clean the interior of the smoker once a year.

I have a pitboss navigator 550. It is made out of good quality material. I had an issue with the igniter after 2 years of use and they sent a replacement to me . Very happy with the product and customer service.

Customer service I have dealt with was Flawless. They helped me to replace some defective parts that I broke myself at no costs. Can't ask for more. Thank you. 5 stars from me :)

It is coming up to almost one year since I purchased my Pit Boss 150PPS Table Top Pellet Grill. We traveled from Canada to the USA for 2 1/2 months so I decided to get a table top smoker. Without using names I purchased what some call the top brand on the market. Well what a let down more than twice the price as Pit Boss it got returned to ACE hardware and was was refunded without any problem. After three days of trying to figure out why is kept getting hopper fire I gave up. My Pit boss is rock solid after many hours of cooking and can even cook steaks 10 hour port butt and anything you throw at it. As I am in my 1st year of retirement we will start saving to purchase a Top model full size Pit boss and will do a you tube honest review. Way to go Pit boss.

Reading the poor reviews on your site about Pit Boss grills, I'm astounded. I've had mine for 4-1/2 years, and recently I've had a few issues - the combustion fan stopped, and the firepot has burned through in a few places. I called Pit Boss, they cheerfully and quickly sent the replacement parts at no charge. Then, after replacing the fan, the circuit board went out; I called again and they promptly sent that out, too. No weaseling around, trying to blame the problem on me, or anything like that - just prompt, cheerful service. I've had nothing but excellent service from them and highly recommend their product.

My wife got me a small Pit Boss PB600 model, won with a $20 raffle ticket. Ain't nuthin better than a bone-in ribeye, 20 minutes on each side at 250 on the top rack, then reverse-seared for a few minutes on each side at 400, using a 50-50 mix of hickory and cherry pellets.

3 or 4 years ago I bought the, "Pit Boss Laredo 1000 Platinum. I have smoked meats on this thing since the day I bought it, and loved. About 2 months ago I couldn't set the temp. from the grill. I called customer service and was helped promptly. The Pit Boss rep, ran through several scenarios and found out I had a bad control panel. I was asked some basic information about how long I had my grill. I was asked my shipping address and they sent me a new control panel, at 0 cost to me. This is a grill that sits out in the weather, all though I did buy the grill cover and it stays covered when not in use, it's still in the weather. I can't believe the world class customer service of this company! I will definitely buy more Pit Boss products. Tommy Humbles
