They sell items that they dont have in stock in the US and string you along with fake tracking numbers and lost shipments till they get them from China weeks later...very bad customer service as well.

Well I have had a humbling experience with my new grippers wife digital scale. Seems like my old fashioned forearm scale has been way off for a number of years. Most all people who fish without a real set of scales tend to err on the heavy side. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a accurate scale.

I recently ordered a new rod and reel from Piscifun. Upon arrival, in my haste to put the two together I broke the rod while putting line on the reel. Piscifun shipped me a new rod at no charge. It doesn't get any better than that! I'm anxious to try the combo out as soon as it warms up a little.

Piscifun customer service was very helpful with my concerns over 2 of my spinning reels sticking while jig fishing with them. They offered suggestions to grease/lube the gears and when that didn't help they offered to send me 2 new reels. The process was very easy and helpful, I received my 2 new reels within 2 days and can't wait to try them out this summer! Thank you Piscifun!

I bought one of the phantom casting reels. I chose this because of a youtube video Robert Maddox did. I was so impressed with his dissection and review of the reel, I just had to have one. I never used a casting reel before this, other than trying a friends reel and it did not go well. With the end of last fishing season coming quickly to an end, I got your phantom and tried it. I was SOOO happy with it.
