I now own 6 reels 3 spinning and 3baitcasrers. I love every one of them. They perform as well as any reel at a great price, customer response is great through e mail contact. I own reels in the $300 plus range and I keep using the pisifun reels, they cast better, farther have better drag and are lighter.then my more expensive reels great job pisifun.

I had a issue with a reel and my concern was handled quickly. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

The customer service hands down is top notch. The attention to detail and quick response is rarely seen these days. Kudos to the customer support. Also the product is superb. Picifun chaos pro reels are amazing.

I have been purchasing Carbon X spinning reels and bait casting reels from Piscifun for many years. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and prices of these products. I am also very pleased with your excellent customer service. I once encountered a problem with one of the spinning reels. Piscifun replaced it immediately with a similar product.

The Nautix was shipped quickly and I am now in Alaska and caught my very first King Salmon with it. So much fun listening to the screaming drag.
