Reel is great affordable pricing!

I haven’t used the reels much yet but I like the one’s I have.

This order was a replacement for a dead on arrival/warranty. At the time of shipment, Piscifun always sends an estimated arrival date, and 3 of 3 orders, it is always Wrong by two days. I shake my head and say "my Friday order is not going to deliver Monday". Three times delivery has been 2-3 days later than the first estimate. Piscifun might as well just leave this up to the carrier's tracking mechanism. The NautiX 4000 appears to be a quality reel. Very nice drag, light wt., long smooth casts. I do feel very slight gear 'rumble' on this 9 bearing reel. It will be interesting to see if it gets 'hydraulic smooth' after the gears wear-in/mesh? I also prefer the handle grip on the 3000 with flats, vs the larger full round grip on the 4000>.

Vary good reel definitely worth the money. Only thing I would like to see is the worm gear go back and forth when letting line out and casting . Line builds up on one side or the other can’t put max capacity of line because of

Good communication; prompt responses

I was given your site by a family member. So far the product has been reliable and exactly as stated. Keep up the great work

Very quick delivery and love the rod..

Reel looks quality. Reading reviews decided on 1000 series. Turns out reel is quite small. Should have ordered the next size up for south tx inshore. Update: I have used this reel twice now. Very smooth. Handled a 21" redfish just fine. I am just use to a little bigger body reel. No disappointments.. I will keep fishing it. Great for finess fishing flounder...
