Don't purchase from this company !!! Well I have learned my lesson about checking companies before I purchase online. Seems like I'm not the only one that has any item waiting and Bloomington facility for weeks and I've been waiting for the order for over a month they cannot say when I will get my order. Don't bother with this company there are other companies that will ship you your gear at competitive prices with much better customer service. If the service is like this I wonder what the scale that I've purchased will be like.

Extremely poor customer service. They shipped my reels to the wrong address even after I sent an email confirming the correct address. I have attempted to deal with their customer service without success. They don't answer the phone, don't communicate via email in a timely fashion and have no other options to interact. Before you buy from them, try calling and ask a few questions. Buyer beware: you will eventually need customer service, either with ordering or ongoing maintenance for your real. You won't find it with this company. Do yourself a favor, spend a bit more and go with a reputable, known company. Don't buy off on the YouTube anglers who promote Piscifun. I still don't have my reels and can't get help to find them.

WORST! Unfortunately I haven’t even had a chance to see my product to review because it’s been literally sitting, not moving, in New York For a month!!!! This is ridiculous. The customer service department is some random guy in Tennessee on a cell phone who ADMITTED that this isn’t his main job and who NEVER answers the phone. BUYER BE WARE. Piscifun. Please respond to get me my stuff.

Amazing products and even better price points for everyone's budget. I love using there products and placing them into the hands of my friends to get them hooked on the quality. Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

As a long time tournament angler and reel tech I have come to depend on Piscifun rods and reels. I strongly recommend the Piscifun Phantom and Phantom X for everyday tournament use. My swimbait reel is the beastly Alijoz and I'm LOVING it. I'm not much of a spinning reel guy but I see a dozen or so in my shop every month. Piscifun's spinning reels are very impressive. Top of the line fit and finish.

Great company, awesome customer service and outstanding products at affordable prices. I switched all my reels to Piscifun reels and have no complaints.
