Ordered a reel and it sounded terrible ball bearings were loose and I asked to return it and they told me I have to pay to return there defective product. Company is garbage and do not buy.

I purchased 2 Torrent reels and one of them had an issue with the spool tension knob. They had me return it and send tracking information. They paid for shipping, and shipped a replacement right away. These are my 2nd and 3rd Piscifun reels. They will not be my last

Chinese company with chinese customer support. Slow response to emails in broken english. I've been emailing back and forth with "Linda" for a week now and still have no idea where to ship returns. Will not honor return policy or even tell you where to ship them. Buyer beware.

Piscifun has been very good to me all my reels and rods from them are excellent the customer service is second to none with me I have not had a problem ever with them you rock piscifun customer for life
