I ordered two reels and two rods for my grandson. I couldn't resist the sale prices. the one piece rod arrived with the handle snapped in half. Obviously damaged in shipping. I sent a text to customer service to see how to proceed. they replied the next day and said not to worry they would send a new rod. two days later the new rod arrived. Piscifun products are a great value and worth every penny. the Grandson loves the reels & rods and was shocked at how nice they cast compared to his Famous BIG NAME outdoor supply company rod and reel which cost twice as much. if I need fishing equipment Piscifun is the first place I look. Thanks for making fishing affordable again.

Rod that I ordered was broken . Notified Piscifun and a replacement rod was delivered in less than a week . This was the 3rd rod I have purchased and will continue to purchase from Piscifun . P.S. Rod was broken by U.S.P.S. , not Piscifun.

My second Flame reel, using them for everything from smallmouth, pike, to snook

I have bought several Flame reels and have been VERY impressed with their quality!! I also have sold them to friends at my cost and they, too, have been impressed with their performance! For the price of these reels, I'd compare them to several brands costing much more. I intend to get more of these and check out the higher priced reels you offer.

I have several Piscifun rods, both casting and spinning, along with their reels. Very smooth reels and the rods are spectacular. The ONLY drawback is, of course, that these are made in China. However, I did have a "glitch" with one of my reels and it was rectified in a matter of just a few days. Customer Service is fantastic.

Great reel but sent the wrong color! It’s o.k. Just not what I expected.

Do not use this company, the tracking number is essentially a fake that they send out to imitate an order being shipped when in fact it is coming internationally and will take weeks to arrive. I have tried to communicate through email with their Customer Service division but it sounded like they didn't understand what I was saying by their response. Then when I try to call the only Stateside Tennessee number listed, after the first day all my calls were screened and went to voicemail. I explained 5 times that I had ordered the reel for a trip and if I would of been told the truth about order times I would of gone a different route from the beginning. I have asked for a refund now 7 times and the only response I get is an email saying would I like to wait until the reel arrives and if it doesn't they will send for another one. NO at this point I made a mistake ordering from Piscifun and will make sure I tell everyone I meet that fishes about the experience I have had. If you read this don't make the same mistake. Order somewhere that will ship from within the states.
