Great product, great price. What more could you want

Reel was sent to wrong address. My address was "auto filled" on the order. Somehow the address got changed from "court" to "drive". It went to "drive", the people denied getting it...delivery confirmation be damned. Too bad, in this economy, I scraped together enough to buy it, and now I just have to eat it? Thanks.... 12/15 Update. Piscifun made it right, sent me a new reel. Thieves still kept the first one even after the postoffice knocked on their door and asked about it.
