I have 4 Picifun rods and 11 reels. I haven't had one issue with any of them. Love how smooth the reels are and the sensitivity of the rods are outstanding.

Piscifun does everything well. From their products being high quality to their service and responsiveness being rapid. I have enjoyed the products that Piscifun provides and will continue to purchase their products.

Catching catfish from 4 to 33 lbs. In current the 33 was hell. For the price , wind ratio, looks and smooth line feed it’s second to none so far. Give me a yr or two to play around. It’s officially one of the six rod/reel combos I run. That says a lot . I own penns to shameful Shakespeare’s. If it had 4 to 6 lb more drag for the dams I fish when pulling water? Wow! I give it a 9 out of 10 . I do have pics .

Order Shipping was messed up by Amazon Logistics but Piscifun, communicated well about the problem and also took the initiative to resolve the issue, even though it was not their fault with the Shipping.

Well it started out bad very bad but the way they fixed it made up for it So for outstanding customer service I will give them 5 stars

I ordered an 8 weight 4 piece rod and a reel and i haven’t had any problems with the rod! Works great i really like it. The reel seems to have some problems where the drag will slip and lose traction and the line will get knotted up in the backspin. No other complaints.

I have spinning reels in several models from Piscifun monofiliment line as well as Braid Raingear dry bags etc. Never disappointed in Puscifun merchandise nor customer service. Several high end rods I have are paired with Piscifun reels.

Excellent quick service, bought 4-4000 loaded with braid for hybrid worked excellent. Will test them.
