I've been using pionex.us for a couple…
I've been using pionex.us for a couple yrs now.. and it's not been good.. my bots lose more money than they make.. every single time.. I start a bot.. build up a sizeable invest meant.. then boom it never stays in the green... or only makes 1 transaction a day... then when you stop the bot if you have 250 invested you might get lucky and get back 125.. I have 2 bots now that total about 160 but my account total say 117..

However, in a downtrend market, your unrealized losses may be greater than the realized profits made by the bot, which still helps you to reduce risk and average down your holding assets while simultaneously making arbitrage profits from market fluctuations.
The transaction amount per day depends on the specific coin pair's market fluctuation and the bot parameters. Generally, you can increase the transaction amount by tightening your bot's trading range and increasing the grid amount.
If your bot is at an overall loss and you decide to close it, you have two options: either sell your holding assets or keep them. If you choose not to sell, your unrealized losses will not be realized, and you can simply hold your assets until the market rebounds.

Constantly took forever to withdraw…
Constantly took forever to withdraw coin
Honestly my biggest issue with them was every single time (over 5 times I was withdrawing coin to the SAME address) it would take days to transfer because they had to do some manual review of the transfer - these were small amounts only a few thousand dollars. I get the first time but every single time and to the same address.... makes me too nervous to store large money with them. For that reason I'm no longer going to use them
