This exchange does not allow you to withdraw/transfer off their platform certain cryptocurrencies such as AERO. They do not advise you in advance of placing an order that a particular cryptocurrency is restricted and not permitted to be transferred off their platform. I suspect that the reason is that they do not actually hold enough of a particular restricted cryptocurrency on their platform, such as AERO, but instead are giving you and IOU for the coin which you can redeem at market price at a later date when you sell. If this is not the case then when support reads this they should reply with a full explanation why they are not permitting a legit request for a transfer off their exchange. Regardless of their explanation they should advise that a coin is under restricted withdrawal before the customer places an order for it. If I find the explanation is satisfactory I'll remove this one star review.

I have tried to withdraw funds there is a lot of verifications but i did them all. finally, when the screen popped up with my bank details to transfer the withdrawal it prompted me to upload my bank statement which i did. And then its says verification failed. all documents were right that i provided for verification. this is the third time its done the same

I created an account on this platform and funded it using my debit card. After my first deposit, I was told I had to wait 10 days before I could withdraw. I then made an additional deposit of $350 and also completed a wire transfer of $525, which was credited to my account successfully. When it was finally time to withdraw, I was initially told the withdrawal was successful. Shortly after, I received an email stating that my KYC verification had failed and my account had been closed just like that. I reached out to support, only to be told to check my email. That’s when I found out I would have to wait up to 2 months to get my money refunded to the original payment method. The account was closed on the 5th of April 2026 and I’m expected to wait for a refund to be initiated on the 4th of June 2026. It’s frustrating and makes no sense, my debit card deposits were processed instantly and even the wire transfer was completed in less than 24 hours. But when it comes to refunding my money i’m now expected to wait 2 months all because of the so-called compliance team made such decision and they won’t even reply to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS! I put in $1,000 to test it and when I sold it, it came out as about $1,300, which was great. Now it is tax time and they are saying that I sold almost $13,000 with no recorded purchase price, meaning that I am on the hook for $13,000 tax bill for a $300 gain. This information was based on my accountant reading the yearly tax reports that Webot provides. They didn't think this through and now I am paying because of it.

They won't send my entire 2025 transaction history to me in a format that a cointracker service can read. Tech support just said take your tax report to a tax advisor. Shameful.

Even though I didn't like the answer given, I was impressed that I was able to contact someone quickly with concise questions and and provided with concise accurate answers. That's hard to come by these days in the crypto world. I'm thankful to pionex for providing a real person not an AI answer technical questions without excessive hoops and long waits.
