Do not use this company. The total settlement amount will not be anywhere close to what they estimate in the beginning. For more than a year they will collect ridiculous service fees and when it is close to the end of program they will leave you by yourself. The monthly drafts will increase a few times down the road but it won't be enough to settle all your debts and they will tel you to make your own payments after program ends. They won't send you any documents of your settlements and won't provide you an interface to track your payments. They won't call you back. You'll only receive generic responses and monthly bulk emails. They will have you accept the same or worse offers multiple times.

Hello Yasin We apologize that you have not received your callbacks as promised, we assure you this feedback will be shared with our management team. Here at Pioneer, we want to ensure that our clients are clear on the fees they are paying, your service fees are 15% of your enrolled debt paid over 18 months, after the 18 months the money that you were paying in service fees will go directly into your reserve account for negotiations. There are times when circumstances arise with your creditors, and we may ask you to add funds to aid in completing aggressive negotiations. Please know although we suggest that add funds if needed, it is completely optional. Regarding your direct payments to creditors, this is sometimes offered to avoid the fees Global Client Solution charges to send the payments to your creditors especially when you are nearing the end of your program. Please know that you can contact GCS at (800) 398-7191 for online support into your global account. Accessing GCS online will give you access to the payments made to the creditor's including the date and the amount, scheduled payments, draft history and much more. Although all of your settlement information can be found online with GCS we will email copies of your settlement letters for your convenience.
