My 4th time purchasing from Pink Lily, and I had an item show up solo and I thought the rest got lost and reached out to CS and they responded within hours to insure me I just had separate packages lol sounds minor but meant a lot for them to still respond to reassure and FAST!!!

I ordered a sweater from pink lily; when I received it there was damage in the material, I contacted customer service within 24 hours I received multiple emails and a store credit, great customer service: it’s too bad the sweater had the discolouration on it: I like the clothing but I’m in Canada and have to always pay duties

I LOVE this boutique, the best part is they have all different size models!!! The clothes are high quality and they always have the latest styles. If you have any reason to exchange, they make it very easy for returns. You just can't go wrong from ordering from this boutique!
