Pink Lily is one of my favorite boutiques. I have ordered so many great pieces over the last few years and have been very happy with the quality. Clothing is reasonably priced and you can get great deals if you sign up for pink perks or catch one of their sales.

EXCELLENT customer service! I had a ring that was missing a stud and I immediately emailed customer service about the issue. Within minutes someone (Yzza) reached out to me to assist. I only had to send a picture of the item. They immediately set up a replacement item to be shipped. What makes my experience even better was all of this took place after hours. This was such a small issue but regardless the customer service was fantastic.

I hadn’t received order confirmation emails when I originally placed 2 consecutive orders. I reached out to customer service and almost immediately got a response and they “re”sent my confirmations. I got those ones! Great customer service and response time! ANOTHER reason why I love pink lily!!!!

I accidentally picked a quantity of 2 on one of my recent purchases and when I realized I reached out to chat and they promptly refunded the money and updated me of this. THIS…is customer service at its best without a hard time or a bunch of questions.

I received the wrong dress and immediately sent a message to customer service. PinkLily responded to my email within 24hrs. Easy instructions on what to do with the wrong dress: sent new shipping label, locations on USPS drop offs. Unfortunately the dress I originally ordered went out of stock.
