Don’t do it. So I bought the cute, but cheap clothes hoping for the best. They arrived and didn’t work. Not a huge surprise with these made in China clothes. So I decided to return. GUESS WHAT??? They make you pay to ship items back AND they only give you a store credit. They don’t give your money back!! What a scam! I don’t want any more of your cheap, poor fitting clothes! Which means a store credit is useless to me. Which is exactly what you’re hoping for. Please ladies, just keep buying clothes from Amazon. You can return what doesn’t work and get your money back. This place is a racket. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Awful customer service!!!

I’ve recently become a frequent shopper with Pink Lily and I absolutely love this company! The quality of the clothes I have gotten (rompers, swim, dresses, jean shorts, sweaters, summer tops) has been top notch. I’m currently having to return an item due to not fitting correctly and Pink Lily has made it so easy - including nearly immediate responses from their customer service team for my questions. Store credit is their only option for returns, but I don’t mind 😊

I have flip flopped back and forth in buying things from Pinklily and really shouldn't have. I took the plunge and ordered some great stuff. Delivery was quick and when I noticed 2 things weren't there I emailed and got an almost immediate response. (Not there issue, the items were made to order so take a little longer). I can't wait to wear my items and order more! Thanks Pinklily.

I just wanted to say I love your clothing but what I admire most about Pink Lily is that you show models of all shapes and sizes. Not many companies do that. Kudos to you! We’re not all size 2.

I had a wonderful experience with Pink Lily!!! I ordered a bunch of really cute clothes, and was impressed with how well they fit and looked! The prices were very affordable. I had a return and their customer service was super friendly and helpful!! I’m on their website shopping now!

It’s fast fashion made cheaply in China. They pay a few dollars for each item and try to get whatever Americans will pay for them. The quality shows — thin fabric, sloppy seams, bad sizing. Seriously don’t waste your money.

Not impressed. You can only get a gift card refund from them. Wouldn’t buy with that type of refund policy. Found that out trying to make a return with them!
