Ordered on Black Friday weekend and received a wrong size, email was returned in a few hours and my size was no longer available but I was issued a refund and told too donate or keep they wrong size. I feel like it was handled with super customer service and reordered a different sweater,good quality clothes and beautiful sweaters!

I can’t believe how many people on here have said how great their customer service is. It is far from great. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve been waiting for an order to ship for over a week when they say 1-3 days. My order is NOT personalized which takes 10 days. No one answers emails and their facebook message is a robot that does not help you it just directs you to their site. NUMEROUS reviews on facebook all have same issue with not receiving orders after MONTHS and no one receives responses. Company seems like a scam. Plus I hear from others that the quality is VERY cheap for prices. Will never order again.
