I recently received my order, and unfortunately One of the items didn’t fit. I did not have my order number or the original packaging. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me right away. They walked me thru the return process making it quick and easy! I will definitely continue to order from Pink Lily.. Love them!

I ordered a few items a few months back and my emails got deleted for my store credit. I reached out to customer service with minimal information because i didn’t have my order # either and within 24 hours they got back to me with everything.

My clothes are quickly becoming all Pink Lily. I love the way everything fits. Once the weather turns warm, people will only see me in Pink Lily! I do have some cold weather pieces as well and I always get compliments and I tell them that it's Pink Lily! Everyone has heard of it where I live in Eastern Pennsylvania and they ask about the prices, I let them know that the prices are very fair and that there's always great items in the sale section as well!

Pink Lily is definitely my favorite place to shop. I love the clothes so much and both times I’ve had to contact customer service, they responded quickly and made thing so simple. I also love their body positivity and how they show so many different shapes and sizes of women.

I have been a Pink Lily fan and shopper for several years. I love the quality, variety and price of their clothes. I have had to contact customer service several times. Each time I have been so impressed with their prompt response, professionalism, as well as their being personable as well. The last time I contacted them I was thanked for being a loyal customer. It was heartfelt and sincere. It is going the extra mile like that, appreciating their customers that makes me happy to support a boutique like Pink Lily.

I've always been happy with the products from Pink Lily and I do understand that companies make mistakes. I received an item that was incorrect and promptly contacted the company. I had to take pictures of the product as well as the invoice to prove I had received the wrong product. The product I originally ordered that I did not receive is now out of stock. This company does not issue refunds and instead issues a store credit. I was instructed to return the product within 5 days, I mailed it back the very next day. They're telling me a store credit takes up to 3 days to be issued. That makes absolutely no sense when you can purchase a gift card and use it that very same day. They received my item today but they refuse to issue my credit for another 3 days. Of course, there's a 1 day sale today so why would they help me out? Corporate greed is why. It's not the end of the world just very frustrating on the customer service side of things.
