The team was extremely responsive and cooperative! The first item I received was flawed, but after reaching out to customer support (and paying an additional $20), I got a brand new lamp that even came with the missing piece the first package didn't have! I liked how very communicative the support team was and how they responded within 24 hours of each email and were willing to work together to find a satisfactory resolution.

We love the link pendants; they add a warmth and graceful element to our space that adds to rather than draws attention from the rest of the space, and the price was unbeatable. More importantly though...the customer service. We ordered two pendants and when we reached out to check on the shipment status, we received an immediate and thorough reply. When they arrived and we eagerly opened them, we saw that (although well-packaged and using major, trusted shippers) both had been damaged while shipping. We reached out again, and again received an immediate, helpful reply. They worked to understand what specifically had happened and to fully understand that status of each part of the shipment. Replacements were sent, and when they arrived it was clear that they had actually paid attention to our conversations and put strong steps in place to package them even more securely to prevent the same thing from happening again. The replacements arrived beautifully secure and fully intact. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you so much for this buying experience!

I purchased a wall lamp online but when my payment was made (via credit card) I immediately received a "Payment Failed" message, even though my credit eregistered the payment. I sent an email to the Ping support and promptly received a lovely reply that the error message was wrong and my payment had indeed been recieved and the lamnp would be mailed to me. After that, Joy, the support person, contacted me twice to update me on the progress of my order, which arrived on time and wa exactly what I wanted. This is first class support and fills me with confidence, I will be making further purchases from Ping.

Ping Lighting is actively engaged in fraud. They are flagrantly stealing designs and images from legitimate lighting brands such as Anthropologie and Velora.

We absolutely love our 5-globe bubble chandelier we bought in 2024. Unfortunately, I broke 2 of its globes this month doing some electrical work in our kitchen. Ping support and Sharon, specifically, could not have been more helpful in replacing the globes with the same amber hand-blown originals. I will definitely buy from Ping again with such service and support standing behind their products.

The experience with PING Lighting has been amazing. Customer service is one of the best. Any queries we had were answered almost immediately. We were kept up to date with purchase including timeframes.

We were delighted with the initial product. When there ended up being some damage to the product after a few days, the customer service was extremely responsive and helped replace the item right away. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody in need of lighting.
