PinglightingReviews of pinglighting.com

I ordered a 4 pendant light from ping which was never fully delivered. Never got any confirmation. Only parts of the order arrived. Sent them several emails to get a status update on the remainder of the order, to no avail. It's a scam that lures customers with slightly discounted prices and never delivers the order. Worst customer service ever.

very good service

I ordered a brass lamp &paid it by credit card & after reading about the company services .I decided to ask a refund within the day,& wasn't able to contact support ..connection ..for Any Refund . Makes me wonder id they're legitimate! Definitely Not Great service to cancel that order for a brass lamp! Sad !!!

We had a great experience ordering from Ping Lighting. What really stood out was the customer service — throughout the whole process, we were able to speak with a real person who answered our questions quickly and gave specific advice based on our needs. Communication was smooth, replies were fast, and the ordering process was easy from start to finish. Shipping to Australia was also handled well. We look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

Purchased what seemed to be a beautiful light fixture for approximately $500. Took 2 months to receive it and although the leaves seemed to be sturdy metal it is very flimsy, the leaves would break if not really careful and there are only two settings so useless for out dining room as I cannot have it the right length. It looked like chain but it isn’t so we have to install in a bedroom which defeats the purpose. Would not buy again.

Lights are beautiful!

Shipping was fast. Communication excellent. Everything was packed very well. On the one occasion I had an issue, customer service responded immediately and took care of everything. Very satisfied customer.
