We bought several lights from PING Lighting for our home in Sydney, Australia. The lights are beautiful and exactly as described. We found that the selection of lights from PING is more extensive than the selection in many of the lighting shops in Australia. Unfortunately one of our lights was broken when we opened the packaging but the PING team, particularly Chiara Guo, was very professional and responsive to our emails and agreed to ship a replacement light. This gave us peace of mind and has given us the confidence to order from PING in the future.

I ordered lights for our new home using Ping lighting- they will definitely be a site I keep coming back to! I ordered multiple different styles, all of which were beautiful and very easy to install. Ping carries a "dupe" of the Eloise light from Anthropologie, which initially attracted me as a customer- these lights are exactly like the Anthropologie version at a much better price point. Could not recommend more! I also needed to deal with customer service for a shipping issue, and the team at Ping is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent years

Good quality lighting and friendly customer service

I'm in Sydney and was very nervous about buying direct from China. Spent about a month procrastinating and finally proceeded with a test order of 3 of the Ozora lights, expecting a long wait for delivery. I was pretty amazed the order was in Australia and at the front door within about a week! Perfect condition, great quality - just as per the images. I was hugely relieved and am placing another order for more now.
