My daughter received her envelope within a few days with pictures but unfortunately the pictures were not my pictures that I had sent to her. They were of some strangers on a cruise along with the message stating that they were people from the cruise. So the wrong pictures and the wrong message were sent to my daughter. Very disappointed

Hello Maria, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Allow us to do further investigation. Please know that the photos are being checked within the facility's mailroom if it is within their guidelines before handed it over to the inmate so it could be possible they mixed them up to some other photos. On our end, we ensure that after printing out the pictures for each customer, it will go straight to the envelope and sealed. You may call us if you have any concerns on 1800.323.9895. Communication has not been easy!! Because of Covid 19, I haven't seen my son in person since 2019. During a conversation he expressed to me that he's forgotten how everyone looks. Being able to send pics thru your company has brought him just a little bit of happiness! Thank you so much!!

There have been a lot of fraud charges in my card with them. They have been able to reimburse the fraudulent charges but it takes a lot of time to get fixed, the calling option also does not work and so I have not been able to use that, also the postcards I was able to sent when I originally signed up now are “no longer available” and the cards have a week or more long delivery time which is fine, but they won’t let you send anything else until that order is delivered so you can really only send a small few during your month.

Pigeonly is a wonderful service to use if you have a loved one in prison. They are quick and reliable. I would recommend using them for several reasons. Cheaper phone rates, sending picture and post cards and handling mail as well as ordering commissary. They seem to take pride in what they do. I'll be using there services again real soon.
