VERY DISAPPOINTED
I paid $35 for them to send out a letter I could have easily sent myself for what 50¢.....My fault for not reading the fine print..I understand they have to pay a fee for the phone. I assumed that was probably part of the $35. I was wrong..I have asked over and over what it includes with no answer...I just feel like it is a scam...If anyone has any positive input, I would greatly appreciate it...

Hi Lana, we appreciate you bring this to our attention. Sorry for the confusion. The $34.99 is a bundle package which includes 6 services and this is good for 3 months subscription. You can use the phone service, unlimited photos, letters , postcards, greeting cards and web articles. Now, for the phones, we gave you the best rate number, however, minutes is not included. It requires $25 to be added on the phone provider like if the jail is using GTL, Securus, IC Sol. etc. We will be more than glad to assist you.
