Unfortunately I ordered a $43 ring and a $4 ring( got me to the free shipping dollar amount). The only sent me the $4 ring, so I emailed them, due to the fact they do not have a phone number listed anywhere. Unfortunately, they will not respond. To be fair, even if they told me they couldn’t do anything to assist me, at least it is a response. Clearly a scam. Looked like a reputable company but clearly is not. Buyers beware! Order with caution!

I ordered jewelry back in January and due to Canada Post, the package never arrived. I emailed Pierced Universe asking if I could place a new order with higher shipping cost to hopefully receive the jewellery before I leave for vacation. Instead, they kindly sent an entirely new package with tracking, at no cost to me. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy, this was no fault of their own, but rather Canada Post, and they are still accommodating their customers as if it was their fault. They are speedy to respond, very friendly, and I did receive one of my two packages before the second was lost in translation by Canada Post, and the jewellery is beautiful and great quality. Can’t recommend them enough!! 12 out of 10 ☺️

My package got lost due to the post office not delivering it correctly and the post office wouldn’t help me with trying to find it so I emailed Pierced Universe and told them the situation. They are sending me a replacement. I am very thankful they helped even though it wasn’t their fault! But hope the post office does their job this time because I’m excited to try their jewelry.

Due to the Canada post strike, my parcel from pierced universe was delayed and eventually lost in the mail. Pierced universe customer service reps were very accommodating, and went as far as mailing replacement items to my address with a tracking number, free of charge, without any questions asked. This is truly above and beyond service and I will be ordering through them again. Every time I reached out to Pierced Universe with questions or concerns, they communicated back promptly and with every intention to help. Not to mention the quality of jewelry is fantastic. Thanks again!

Purchased the wrong bar size and this company sent me the correct one free of charge. I only had to pay the $4 shipping fee. Excellent customer service.

My order was accidentally returned... I was able to contact someone quickly and get the issue resolved. Every piece I've ordered is gorgeous and I get a lot of compliments.
