Absolutely love Pierced Universe, they have the best jewelry & customer service! I highly recommend them. I had an issue with one of the jewelry that I ordered being that it was too small for my nose. I contacted customer service they responded quickly, and resolved the issue by providing me with a coupon code for my next purchase. This company is the only jewelry I trust because I have sensitive skin, and their titanium jewelry hasn’t failed me yet!

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, total cost just under $10, and sent an email asking if they could cancel the order. I got a notification that the item shipped (it shipped quickly after ordering) then shortly after that email I got a response that even though it had shipped already, they would make a one time exception and refund my order. They absolutely didn’t have to as it was 100% my mistake, but it was very kind of them to do so.

Piercings are quality, theres alot of variety. On my last order i accidentally put the wrong address, customer service was fast and great. They shipped me another stud free of charge, they didnt have to do that but i really appreciate it.

I have been buying my earrings lobe/helix from pierced universe for about a year now. I think I've made 7 orders in that time. The quality of their jewlery is great quality I have never had a issue with them. Their customer service is phenomenal you can email them and they get back to yoh right away. I will always buy my earrings from them. Only thing I wish they had is sleeper hoops like the old traditional style sleeper hoops.
