My belly ring was lost in transit. I reached out to the company and a replacement was sent immediately. Exceptional product and selection choices.

I have not had any issues using this site. My orders arrive promptly, and the customer service is exceptional in helping with a glitch when I placed an order. It was fixed within 12 hours. The flat back studs are fabulous. Have ordered the for ear piercings and nostril stud.

Pierced Universe is THE GREATEST!! They are VERY helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and respond fast. They have quality products and ship fast!! I’ve already placed my second order! Thank you all so much for everything. 🙏🏼🩷

I accidentally ordered wrong size piercing and wanted to return it but I had already opened my package so I couldn't return it at this point. Thankfully they gave me store credit so I can get the jewelry I originally wanted! Thank you!

Every time I purchase from Pierced Universe I have been impressed! They have an awesome selection and offer great quality stuff at a great price, specifically Titanium threadless! I like that I can order for my lobes with thinner posts and thicker ones for my cartilage piercings - and you can interchange them however you choose (which is great!!) I highly recommend the body jewelry here, and definitely take your time to read the sizing info :) customer service is always willing to help me out with sizing questions!! Delivery was swift and I love my new jewelry!! :)

Got my order today ,absolutely delighted with it ,would def order again

I paid 30 dollars for a titanium barbell bc my piercing was rejecting the metal i had in it the delivery was pushed back to march 30th its now the 12th and i have emailed and tried contacting this company through multiple socials and they refuse a response. i contacted the shipping carrier and they said the sender has to initiate a missing mail search and file a claim which means i cant get my money back. I ordered from this company thinking they were actually reputable and trying to sell high quality products unlike many others but unfortunately they dont seem to care about their customers receiving what they are paying for considering they will not answer and they have no customer service phone number to call. i would steer clear in this economy its not worth the chance of wasting that much money on something you will never receive. i also paid 8 dollars for next day delivery so i am out that money too.

Highly Recommend Lovely and kind customer service team, very personal and attentive :)
