There was a small defect in the earring I ordered online. I contacted Pierced Universe, and they replied to me right away with an apology and a generous offer to ship a replacement. Their customer service has been excellent! I so appreciate their kind understanding of my concerns, timely follow-up, and warm energy which I can feel just through email. It was a very reassuring experience which makes me trust Pierced Universe as a first-time customer. The other earrings I ordered are awesome, and I can’t wait to wear the replacement earring once it’s shipped to me. Thanks so much again for all of your time and help with addressing this issue! Extremely responsive to my issue and couldn’t be happier. I made a mistake with the size I ordered and normally I’d expect it to be very hard to change an order after the fact. I emailed from direct from the order confirmation page requesting the correction and it was taken care of quickly. So wonderful.

Love all the jewelry I have purchased from here! I have made several purchases and the jewelry has held up well, with the exception of one earring. It broke after I wore it for one day, but I was sent a replacement right away. Whenever I have had to contact customer service, I always receive a prompt reply.
