First time buyer, so far so good

The ordering was easy and the item was delivered within 7 days. My grandson likes the product but had a concern that the pendant was not attached or on the necklace. He was fearful of it falling off since the connecting ring was not solid and appeared to be easily able to slip off the necklace.

Paid $100 for a 1” pacemaker charm. It’s a cheap piece of junk and split ring is so fragile a fingernail will deform it.

The medals we ordered are lovely! In fact, we ordered again 2 more times for additional gifts! You are a unique store! Thank you for doing what you do!

Easy to use and order

On my first approach to this company ordering was made to be efficient, quick, and at a fair price. I ordered only 1 custom piece: a lapel pin. It was delivered quickly and is perfect. I am now submitting an order for another of the same item -- and for a new, more customized special design, and I will receive 2 of those. One for me and another as a thank you present to a colleague. I will likely order more of each custom piece to give to family, friends, and colleagues. Thanks to everyone at PicturesOnGold who has a part in these orders.
