We are so sorry you feel we are a scam. The order was placed at the end of December 2025. Today (2 months later) we received a call that you placed the wrong badge number on the item. This item is custom made and we went over the pricing to remake the badge for you. We are more than happy to work with you on this and are happy to redo the item for an added cost to remake it. John- We are so very sorry for your loss! We have been in touch through the whole process. We shipped the order right out using Fedex express. The package was lost in transit with Fedex and we immediately made a claim. Through the claim process we kept you up to date. We appealed the claim when it was denied and sent out a replacement package to you. The tracking for your new package is USPS 9400150105497077646371 expected to be delivered on 2/23. Brittany- I'm sorry to hear your chain broke. It seems the time between order placed and break was over the repair time. If that is a mistake please let us know.
