Was decent before the transformation from freebie features to an all-premium approach. There are better options for less money and more features.

Tarek, thanks for the feedback. We do still offer some free options. But in order to offer the best service we need paid subs. This allows us invest in the website and our App's, which we think are pretty epic! Hope we win you back in the future.

Their "Free Trial"--is a fraudulent claim!! They tell you free with your email-so you go spend 2 hours creating a collage-but before you can download your work of art-They tell you , that you have to purchase a plan. I hate these people-THEY ARE DECEIVING SLIME!!! AND NEVER- WILL I LOOK TO SEEK WORKING WITHIN THEM AGAIN! Don't reply back to me-after-you have disabled my ability to respond to you-except to edit this original post! Be upfront with people-BEFORE THEY BEGIN USING YOUR SERVICES! NOT AFTER_THEY HAVE CREATED_WHAT THEY CANNOT DOWNLOAD-ASK FOR THE CARD INFO_FIRST_DO NOT BE DECEIVING!!

The trial is 100% free. You have access to all aspects of the editor as outlined in our Pricing page while under the trial plan you choose. We offer this so you have the option to use the site before committing to our service under a paid subscription. So you get 7 days at no cost. We ask you to register your payment information as we want to make sure you are of age, not a BoT and someone who's genuinely interested in testing our site. But you can cancel whenever, even before the trial ends and still use for the 7 days.

I’ve emailed but no response, I cannot afford this right now, it’s put me past my overdraft, and behind on my bills with out even realising. Please help, and advise would be great! The money came out of my paypal. So disgusted this company can get away with doing this to people!!!!!

I had a fraudulent charge from this company in the amount of $120.00. I contacted them and identified the transaction as fraudulent. They showed very little interest in solving the problem. Most of their replies are by a bot. I turned the matter over to Mastercard and they are proceeding. Mastercard suggested filing a police report. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I really hope you do not use this service. They will take your money and never work with you to answer question or help you reverse a bad experience. It is a terrible company in my opinion. Beware!

The new version is terrible -- extremely glitchy.

I have never signed up for PicMonkey. They have been charging me $7.99 for the past 2 years! Since the amount was so less, I never noticed this! My wife found out today when she was reviewing the statement line by line. Picmonkey is a scam! I do not have any email records! I will be disputing all the charges of Picmonkey with my bank 0 stars if I could give
