Terrible service. Scheduled delivery and pushed it out until later that day then canceled at 7:30pm. Waited all day for nothing.

I ordered a couch on 9/19 at 9am and paid 99 dollars for same day delivery. They did not show up. Apparently it’s not even guaranteed that they’ll show at all. I had schedule another appointment for 9/21 and hoping they’ll actually show up and not constantly tell me it’s been assigned to two people.

Horrible. Strung me along for a week. After 7 days of rescheduling everyday then I was told (directly from their chat)…… Sebastian C: But according to the dispatch team, they were affected by high demand in the area and that a few drivers reported their car broke down, after the new weekly schedule was given and they had been doing their best (09:43:55 PM) Sebastian C: Not only your delivery, we have several other deliveries in the area affected by the same situation (09:46:23 PM) Sebastian C: Let me tell you that up until this point, we can´t provide a secure date for delivery (09:46:54 PM) Sebastian C: Due the system already is showing there is no availability at all for the entire next week.

Terrible service!! Do not recommend delivery on online orders. Go in store for a more reliable deliver service. This company delayed same day service by two days then failed to show up until I contacted them! Buyer be aware!!!

Company does not follow through and cancels scheduled deliveries.

Literally didn’t deliver when they said they would scheduled it for another day with a specific timeframe and keep getting emails about delays I don’t even know if Biglots will get my money anymore working with such a sketchy company like this and then when we asked big lots they didn’t have any information to give us on how to reach them like why all you doing business with this company then

Horrible service!!!!!! The one young man was yelling at the older man to hurry up. Very unprofessional. They did not deliver it the same day as expected.
