PICKUP Same Day/Scheduled DeliveryReviews of pickupnow.com

Devon and Catherine were great! They were so friendly even while doing 3 rounds of heavy lifting upstairs. They watched out for our animals, and even gave us advice on putting together our new crib! They were quick and efficient. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Great moving team to work with! Will definitely hire again the next time I need moving services! Thanks guys!

Josh A and Andy V were extremely professional, prompt and great to work with.

I agree with the person who said if they could give them a zero star rating they would. Pickup took my money, confirmed the delivery via email and then never came with my furniture. I booked the delivery on a Wednesday morning for Saturday afternoon and they never showed. They claimed that they texted me at 3:00 and another person claimed that they had text me at 4:00 something. Lies! I promise to sue this store for the furniture which I bought at habitat for humanity ReStore since they didn't get my furniture and the ReStore will not return my money and furniture and will consider it a donation per their rules. If my delivery charge is not credited back immediately I will stop payment with my bank. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General's office for New Jersey and Consumer Affairs. I will be meeting with the director of the store in hopes that they stop recommending this "company" to unsuspecting honest customers. Look for my review on all social media sites. You messed with the wrong person.

Josh A and Andy V were great! Very quick, helpful, and polite. They even helped me move all my furniture back into place. Great service!

I wish there was a negative star option for this company. Home Goods recommended them for a $100 delivery of a kitchen island. Then PICKUP called and charged 4 times that quote. The delivery men came in trucks from electrical to plumbing so they weren't trained movers. They were suppose to deliver the island to the backyard but left it at my gate. When I called the supervisor I was told I would get a refund and she would help find movers who could finish the job. I never got the refund and I never heard from her again. Every call has taken at least 20 mins on hold for them to tell me someone would call back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Hall Brother Moving came out and did the job in 15 mins. I would not recommend this PICKUP to anyone! I hope HomeGoods and other companies take time to refer reputable, honest and reliable services.

Josh A. and Andy V. Did a great job. Fast and friendly service. Worked with me on delivery timing.

Josh A. and Andy V. were amazing delivery men. They were professional with their job. We had a few good laughs. They even were nice with my toddler and asked for his help in a humourous way. Thanks gentlemen. We love our new loveseat.
