I was very pleased with the service. I inquired about my order shipping status via email, and received an email response the next day saying my order was going to be delivered that day and it was!! Additionally, they added a courtesy lens cleaning kit to my order. Great customer service touch.

I got the camera, and extra battery but the main reason I purchased from here was to get the case and tripod and other things that came with the bundle- I waited a couple days hoping it came packaged separately but nothing else has come. Really disappointed. Update: The company contacted me and quickly sent the missing items. They were very professional and I believe it to be an unintentional mistake- I would definitely use this company again.

cort baritone was out of stock. then it showed up right away, YAY. a nice surprise to see it so soon. very safely packed too. thanks the cort baritone guitar is a rewarding challenge to play-kinda fun for me after 50 plus years of guitar playing. and the valeton amp head sounds nice-tho i will probably never take it out of the house. .
