GREAT OUTFIT AND THEY GENUINELY CARE ABOUT GETTING THINGS DONE RIGHT AND CORRECTING THINGS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

Ordering was easy and quick and shipping was very fast. I will add however one caveat: the camera cases you show with the bundles are a bit different than what you actually get. Neither of the cases that came with the bundles I ordered actually can accommodate the cameras unless I were to jam them in really tight, but then the case won't close. That in and of itself is not a big deal as I can use them to hold some film and clip it to my larger camera bag. I just would hate for people to think they are going to get a sizable, roomy bag that will hold the camera as well as a few packs of film. Aside from that, navigating the website and ordering was a breeze. Thank you!

Pretty sure I was sent a demo sold as new. The package was not sealed. The protective film was removed from the face. Moreover, I don't know how old it is, or if the manual is even the original manual because, for example, there is a menu item that is indicated in the manual but absent from the device. Update: A friendly customer service representative from Photo Savings contacted me, admitted the error, and issued a refund to reflect the difference between new and demo. I felt others should know that we came to a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Equally, my rating has changed to reflect this.

I needed to order a camera . That camera was on Amazon through this company and could not be shipped to my address . I live rural and have po box and street address . Photo savings let me order direct . The associate Rachel walked me through the process . She helped me get this camera in 3 days and free shipping. This is what service is all about.

All was done well and arrived as predicted. The F2 has done the job so far. The Steinberg software doesn't handle files well but we've managed work arounds so all can proceed. The customer service was excellent from both Zoom and Steinberg.

Great experience. I received my item within days.

Didn't ship my order for 7 days and then only shipped it when I emailed and asked them to.
