Unlucky timing, delay because of Easterm otherwise all was fine.

I got I guitar tune for $24 I was then charged $100 interest Two minutes after I ordered it I put in a cancellation they refused to cancel what’s wrong with this picture

The transaction went well and I have no complaints with the product or service. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was related to shipping. Item was ordered on a Friday but did not get handed over to shipper until the following Tuesday. Not terrible but room for improvement. Shipping was free and can't argue with that. Sadly, it took 10 full days from time of order until item was in my possession. Not the fault of the seller but frustrating.

Great product.. great price. Everything was delivered as expected. My only issue was with tracking the package. It required me to download some app. I already have enough apps.. the need to download another one just to track a package seemed more complicated than needed. Just send the FexEx or UPS tracking number. That is just a small thing. Overall very happy with the website and the service.

I've purchased 2 guitars from Photo Savings. A Dean Z. And a Dean Razorback. The latter of which came damaged. Twice. Now, in my opinion it happened during transit. In both cases their customer service was excellent. My reps name was Rachel and her attention to my dilemma was prompt and reassuring. With her help we resolve the situation. You find out pretty quick what a company is about when you have problems. They listened. They listened to my concerns and addressed them with a fast, fair decision. Rachel and the Photo Saving staff stepped up. That's the review I wanted to share.

Pretty sure I was sent a demo sold as new. The package was not sealed. The protective film was removed from the face. Moreover, I don't know how old it is, or if the manual is even the original manual because, for example, there is a menu item that is indicated in the manual but absent from the device. Update: A friendly customer service representative from Photo Savings contacted me, admitted the error, and issued a refund to reflect the difference between new and demo. I felt others should know that we came to a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Equally, my rating has changed to reflect this.

Wrong lens received due to a mislabel, which sadly wouldn't work with my camera. Photo Savings was helpful in returning the lens, though I definitely wish I had received the correct one!
