Great product and price. Relatively fast shipping. Fedex delivery was late but not seller's fault.

Placed an order on 8/29/21 for a mirrorless camera which was shown as being "In Stock". After a week my order was still in unfullfilled status and looking at their inventory the camera was now listed as "out of stock". As they had already fully charged my credit card. I tried to cancel my order but their website doesn't allow to cancel an order. I tried to contact them via any of their listed contact methods and indeed got a call the next day from a lady who told me that they were sorry and that it would ship either on Tuesday (7/9) or latest on Thursday (9/9). I waited till Thursday but nothing shipped until then. I tried to call them but again there was only an automated message. I sent another email and message via the app contact form, informing them that I wish to cancel and wouldn't accept any further promises. Indeed, the same day, I received a response from their CS that they would cancel my order. Now 4 days later (9/12) looking at my profile, the order still shows up as open and unfullfilled and my credit card hasn't seen a crediting transaction. I had already made them aware of the situation with the order on Friday and had sent another email requesting that they show evidence of the order being truly canceled and the money be credited back to my credit card but no response yet to that last communication. Given their lack of communication and miss-information, I lost any trust in them. On their website they write: "For us, every customer and every order is equally important " but this must have not included my order.

I've purchased 2 guitars from Photo Savings. A Dean Z. And a Dean Razorback. The latter of which came damaged. Twice. Now, in my opinion it happened during transit. In both cases their customer service was excellent. My reps name was Rachel and her attention to my dilemma was prompt and reassuring. With her help we resolve the situation. You find out pretty quick what a company is about when you have problems. They listened. They listened to my concerns and addressed them with a fast, fair decision. Rachel and the Photo Saving staff stepped up. That's the review I wanted to share.
