The transaction went well and I have no complaints with the product or service. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was related to shipping. Item was ordered on a Friday but did not get handed over to shipper until the following Tuesday. Not terrible but room for improvement. Shipping was free and can't argue with that. Sadly, it took 10 full days from time of order until item was in my possession. Not the fault of the seller but frustrating.

Really fast shipping, I thought it would be a while with everything going on but I got it in just a few days! All the stuff in the kit was as described, she really loved it all! Great customer service too, they followed up with me which was great. Thank you!!

I ordered my sons guitar on here for Christmas and this is a very special guitar. When it arrives it was the wrong model even though the invoice clearly stated the proper model number. There was also an issue with the pricing. When I called customer service with only two days left before Christmas their representative named Rachel was a lifesaver. I would’ve given them a very low rating if it wasn’t for her. She’s very polite very knowledgeable and knows how to get things done. She was able to get the correct guitar get it shipped and here the next day and save my sons Christmas. And as it turns out it wasn’t their fault that the order got messed up in the first place it turns out Amazons ad was written incorrectly. I would highly recommend doing business with photo savings.

Great product.. great price. Everything was delivered as expected. My only issue was with tracking the package. It required me to download some app. I already have enough apps.. the need to download another one just to track a package seemed more complicated than needed. Just send the FexEx or UPS tracking number. That is just a small thing. Overall very happy with the website and the service.
