Hi Micha, Indeed, we can all recharge an existing PIN through Android KC App, but that option is not available for iOS devices. Only the first order is allowed for iOS devices, a purchase through iTunes. For iOS users, the solution to recharge the existing PIN is otherwise through the website, or IVR if you have your card saved in your account. Thank you foe being with us and for your understanding!

Related to your connection quality, please go through some checks to assure the ideal connection when you call from the app. Make sure: -Your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers; this is the most common case connection issues occur. -You have the latest app version installed on your device. -You do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set up your Caller ID (the number you want to display on the screen of the person you call). Find it in the app menu. You'll receive an SMS, just follow the easy steps. Also, as an alternative you may use the app and call offline. The option is available in your app from UK.
