Hi Ghassan, The cause of this drops may be caused by Internet speed fluctuation. When using the app the quality of the connection is highly dependent on the Internet speed you have. Please go through some checks to fix that: -Make sure your Internet connection is not very slow. If it is, you can't get connected to our servers. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you have the Caller ID set. That ensures a high successful connection and call quality. You can find the option in the app menu. Look for Caller ID and set it up easily, following the steps. It's free.
