As an alternative, when Internet speed (3G, 4G, or WIFi) does not support a quality call, try using an access number in Chicago instead of the calling app: https://phoneclub.com/access_numbers?country=United+States&state=Illinois Also, to control the quality of your calls in the future, please use the star rating system in your account, associated with each call you make.
