I hadn’t heard of this site but thought…
I hadn’t heard of this site but thought it was worth a go for my elderly 84 yo Austrian neighbor in Australia. She had been buying expensive phone cards for years and was always hesitant to call her sisters in Austria and Germany due to the cost. This is the cheapest means I have found for her. She has never had a problem with the quality of the lines or getting a connection. I would highly recommend phone club !!!

Everytime I start talking on the phone…
Everytime I start talking on the phone after few minutes the other party stops hearing me and I get disconnected and have to dial again. Service seems unreliable.

Hi Naji, The app works fine, and most often such issues are due to the internet speed of the cellular data or WiFi. If that's not the case, please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your Android, and also, you may try calling without any internet from the app. Yes! It's possible. We've lately implemented Offline Calling from the app, that's using an access number. How to set it: 1. Log into the App 2. Tap "My Account" tab which is in the hamburger icon on the far right 3. Scroll down to "Settings" and tap that line 4. Select "Default Country" (your country of residence) 5. Scroll down to "Offline Calling" and tap on "Disabled" 6. On the Offline Calling menu, choose the country you are calling from Your calls will be connected through a local access number from this country You should verify with your local telephone provider what would be the cost (if any) to dial our access numbers in any country. 7. Add the number you are calling from This number will be displayed for the calls placed using this feature. 8. Scroll up to "Status" and for Android tap on "Disabled" (the status should change to "Enabled") and for iOS toggle "On" 9. Go back to the App's dialing pad and dial the destination number you want to reach, in international format or choose the number from your contact list.
