Hiya, This is due to the slow internet speed when using the app to call. So, what we recommend is to get the latest app version, and enable Offline Calling. That will allow you to have an alternative, and thus make calls from the app also not using cellular data or WiFi, in case the speed is low. Tell us how it goes. Good luck!

Hiya Richards Michael, There is an explanation! When using the app to call, connection issues occur due to the poor internet connection. Yet, there is a great solution. 1. Please install the latest app version that has available the Offline Calling function, which also allows you to make calls from the app, without using WiFi or cellular data. 2. Enable Offline Calling for free (available from Canada) to have the alternative available when your internet speed is slow. Offline Calling has an automatic access number behind. Hi Manon, The service has been tested, and it's working fine now, so here are some options to avoid such connection issues: -Please star rate the problematic calls. The option is available in your account call log, and that will give the chance to control the quality of your calls; or simply get in touch with us when it happens, to flag that route for your: https://phoneclub.com/contact - There's also the option you use PhoneClub app, and if you instal the latest version for free, you have Offline Calling option from the app. This means you can call without using any Internet connection, yet you also have the option to call from the app using a good WiFi or your cellular data. The idea is you have more back up or solutions. Hope it helps!

Hi samantha, Thank you for letting us know. Since you're using the app to call, the quality relies 99% on the internet speed of the network you're suing (WiFi or celular data). The app is working fine on our end, we've tested it and can confirm that. So, here are some solutions: 1. Please install the latest version of the app. 2. You'll see a new option in the app: Offline Calling. Please enable it. That's a great alternative to call from the app when your connection is bad. You'll thus avoid connection issues, because the feature initiates the calls via an access number. But don't worry about that, just explaining how it works. Hi John, When using the app, such connections issue are usually due to slow internet speed. There's an alternative. If you get the latest app version, you'll have a new function called Offline Calling, that allows you to make calls from the app without using the internet. Instead it uses an access number. It should be intuitive, just follow the steps. Hope it helps!
