This vendor has been very responsive to my needs based on my requests, and has gone above and beyond to resolve the issues. All businesses have struggles, and while Phone2 had some delays in responding, they were able to resolve my issue in a satisfactory manner.

Phone2 has fixed the issues with their platform and those impacting my account. Therefore, I am changing this review to 5-Star. I would highly recommend they do better at customer service, but am so far happy with the resolution provided.

Hi Daniel, We noticed that your lifetime subscription includes several additional numbers billed on a monthly basis, which have an outstanding balance. Here’s how our system works: If a payment becomes past due, you’ll still have access to all logs and data. However, if the balance isn’t cleared within a 7-day grace period, we pause account activity. Could you please reply to this email so we can help you settle the balance and get things back on track? Unbelievable! This is a total scam. Paid for the full pro package and can't get a number. They do NOT answer call and they do not reply to any email. Purchased 9/22/2024 and it is now 1/7/25 and no Number or response. IT IS A SCAM.

I purchased their lifetime account and they never fully ported my number. Now my business line is lost somewhere between them and Verizon. Run from this company. They are a business killer.

We signed up for this service based their marketing push, and trying to support a startup. We should NOT have done that. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. The iPhone and Web App will occasionally stop ringing on all of our devices, so we have to constantly check the app to ensure we are returning calls that we've missed. The first time it was down for a week, the second time it was down for 3 weeks. We've asked to port our number out of this service to something more reliable and after one or two exchanges (which take days or weeks to respond to), they've gone non-responsive. I have 27 (and counting) requests for further support since the beginning of the month with not a single response. These folks are not ready for prime time. Run FAR, FAR, FAR away.

Your “company” is a scam. Your “service” does not work. No one responds to my emails. I cancelled my subscription within the allotted time only and you will not refund my money. I will file complaint with all appropriate authorities to have you investigated and shut down. ***Update*** I have yet to receive an email from Phone2 and they haven't responded to my emails to the address provided. I reiterate that they are a scam.
