Beginning the third week of July 2024 I started getting messages that my credit card with phone to was not processing the payment. I had canceled this account in October of 2023! They were supposed to be issuing a refund which apparently never came since they've kept the account active and are now trying to Bill me again! Trying to speak with their customer support but apparently there's only one person working there and he does not answer the questions that are presented to him only wants to upsell me and try to gain me back as a customer. These are the same people who claim that I never had an account with them to begin with! These people are perpetrating fraud trying to charge my credit card! Good thing we have trust pilot to warn us against these types of obvious scam businesses. Initial review was back in 2023. now almost a year later, you want me to email to resolve? NO THANKS! Started off great, support on top of things. Port my number over and all hell breaks loose! Inbound calls not ringing on desktop or mobile. Unable to place outbound calls. Unable to send/receive MMS. Support keeps saying... it will be fixed soon. They install a fix, that breaks something else. Meanwhile, my business is suffering as I cannot use the service at all. And what does support have to say about it? "You are so bored, that you get a thrill out of being condescending to customer support" Yes, after paying for service that DOES NOT WORK, and nothing seems to be happening to resolve the issue... I might get a little condescending... because the people on the other end DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!
